Great location, just minutes away from the Ganga river and temples. The hotel staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in, even providing me with a room to rest and shower before paying. The staff brought breakfast to my room according to my preference. Used their transfer and guide services, everything was on time and affordable. I was completely satisfied with my stay at Golden River hotel.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the most amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The owner, a true gentleman, made sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Anand, our guide, was an absolute gem, making our trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable, especially the mesmerizing Ganga Arti. The room boy, Mr. Deepu, was fantastic and kept our room immaculate. Not only did the owner extend our check-out time, but Mr. Anand even went out of his way to return my forgotten bag at the train station. A heartfelt thanks to all of them!

As young holiday goers, we loved the supportive and caring nature of the owner. The location was perfect, with the best street chai and a great family restaurant nearby. The cleanliness was top-notch, everything looked brand new, and the rooms were spacious with clean bed sheets. We enjoyed the continental breakfast and the option to eat on the rooftop.
